The website servers appear to be overloaded (the same thing everyone did to the forums the day they came out). Check back in a few minutes, please do not keep refreshing the page.

When the new forums (these) came out, they were live for 30 minutes before the server rush knocked them offline. ClubPenguin.com barely lasted one minute. :scary:

Well I think that is CP's biggest mistake right now. Until they can funnel players into the game then the clog that is causing all this mess will only get worse as more people try to get in.

I mean at least the Miniclip login should work. (and it doesn't)

The login script on Miniclip is run through CP.com's servers as well, so if they are having difficulties there on CP.com, the Miniclip version is gonna get wacky too.

Well, now the homepage is returning a 403 forbidden error. The employees and coders are likely working on some fixes or doing some serious moving around to accommodate the traffic.

This is a very interesting learning experience to watch unfold if you've been here the whole time like I have. :)

Us Miniclip people are a very small portion of the CP population. I don't think that if all 10-20 of us stop trying to get on right now if it is going to even dent the hundreds of people out there trying to get on right now.

As for floodgates I don't think that is a proper analogy. If no one is getting into the game than that just means there is going to be even more buildup.

Servers are overloaded. Thousands or Tens of Thousands of people all trying to get on at the same time. Which lags the servers. ;) I can't get on eather. Im not being all sad. Atleast I Got CoD3 online to do.
