Ok, I dont know is this in the right section, please move it if not.
I was doing a drawing on paint, and then I had the idea to change all my desktop icons to ones I made in paint. The onlt problem is I dont know how to save them as icon files.
Can someone suggest a compleatley free (no trial versions) icon creator, or a program that converts stuff into icon files please? Tnx
