Rockhopper Conspiracy Theory

I have a theory. What if Rockhopper is "The Man Behind the Curtain"? What if in Rockhopper's captain quarters, is a geeky penguin controlling a robot Rockhopper? Here is some evidence that it is true:

-Rockhopper only speaks certain phrases which shows he's a robot.

-Why do you never ever see Rockhopper go in and out of the captain's quarters? The room is locked 24/7, yet Rockhopper is seen outside.

Rockhopper does walk out of rooms. I've seen him many times. He says "Ok penguins, lets move to the ______!"
But I'm not saying hes not a bot.

Plus hes able to answer most questions penguins ask, so.....

I think what Tort is trying to say is that he thinks there's another in-game character that controls Rockhopper, such as G or Aunt Arctic.

This is a pretty creative theory. If it's true, I hope the geeky penguin got off the Migrator before it sunk. :P

You make an interesting point, but in my opinion, I doubt it. Rockhoppers quarters is probably just gonna be a surprise to us from Club Penguin.

As Batman said in his first post, Rockhopper does say "Lets move to ---" Also, when he crashed, people asked him "You smell!" And he replied "Yarr, I be smelly" So that doesn't back up your claim, one little bit. Although, it does make sense that you rarely see him inside his little cabin... Maybe we might find out soon :O

Knowing how staff barely come into rooms and don't share ANYTHING secret about the actual Club Penguin office, I would have people take turns with RockHopper.

Ive been With Club Penguin Since it has opened, and the game personally, is nothing like (Name deleted) and how it shares its information everywhere.

Sometimes Rockhopper's a bot, sometimes there's someone controlling him; either way he always moves from room to room like normal penguins.

I've also seen him walk up to the Captains Quarters & dissapear. I know he's not actually going inside it, but CP want us to think that.

Guys this isnt a discussion on wether RH is controlled by a human or a bot. Its a discussion on if he's being controlled by someone (ingame story) or is a real penguin.

once flame told him to say flame, and he did, so obviosly its a robot and a mod on at the same time on different servers. The mod just has key phrases he/she can use

That would be really funny. I asked CP about this once. They replied back as saying that billybob controls rockhopper. Now I really want to see what is in his room. Maybe he stole something from G. And is hiding it from everyone.

He is both because of the time differences, when the people who run him are asleep, a computer makes him walk around and say his little phrases.:rolleyes:

I emailed Club Penguin support with the same Question. They told me that Rockhopper is ALWAYS played by a human or a CP moderator. Case Closed. ;)
