I have a Nintendo 64, and some of my games I have to reset the system, and it plays fine. But this one game, I cleaned, but whenever i put it in, the screen is all messed up. Its like there is two screens going on at once. I tried resetting several times, it doesn't work. What do I do?

i think something like that happened to me with my saga saturn or something, i dunno.
i was playing sonic and knuckles, i was resetting it, and then, all the characters from the game came on screen, and there was this scrolling writing saying "NO WAY! NO WAY!(over and over)"
freaky...
In answer to you question, i have no idea, just leave it...

Did this game ever work for you? It honestly sounds like you're trying to play a PAL (Europe) format game on an NTSC (North America) format television set if the picture is messed up and scrolling.

If you have any cartridge other than Sonic 3 or Sonic 2 plugged into Sonic & Knuckles (which was a Genesis title, not Saturn) then it will return a "NO WAY" message. You can play the Blue Sphere emerald stages from this screen.

If you didn't have a cartridge in there, perhaps the flip top part of the cartridge was open and something was stuck in there.
