Marathon is a series of three games created by Bungie which have a close resemblance to Halo. The character you play is a super-soldier, followed (at times) by some marines. It's a 3D low quality 1st person shooter. Marathon also includes two (or more) races of aliens, one highly resembling the flood.

It was created at first for Apple Computers and the Apple Pippin console.

Many veiw it as Halo 1 2 and 3 whereas Halo: Combat Evolved would be Halo 4, etc...


So anyways, has anyone here ever played it? If so, what's your opinion about it?


P.S. Marathon was also included in a few of the Red vs Blue episodes (when the light blue guy goes back in time), and it's logo earned itself into various sections of the Halo games.

It's a computer game, and I think maybe some other old thing. I'm not sure...

I've heard of it. Why can't I find videos about it on YouTube?
