First of all you should buy some clothes, particularly from the "Clearance" section in the clothing catalog because those items won't be in the next catalog. If you want sports items, you should wait until you have the clothing catalog items you want because the clothing catalog is updated monthly, so items leave it fast. The Sports Shop catalog is not updated frequently so you should buy items from that last. (You should also check out the theater costume catalog because all of those items will not be there next month.) After you get clothes you should buy a home you like and put furniture in it/design it. Lastly you can buy puffles and puffle catalog items. When you first become a member though, you might not want to buy a ton of puffles because they cost a lot of coins. Hope this helps.:)

Whst I did, is a while before I became a member I looked at the items I wanted and played minigames to help me get some coins and then I became a member and bought the stuff. Maybe that is what you should do!
