I emailed cp about diary extracts from older penguins heres what i put/reply:

Hey i was wondering that now for a new book in the book room we could have a diary extract from penguins. Like ones that have been here for a number of years like i have.

a Diary Extract is not such a bad Idea. But millions of Penguins register each month. I dont think the Diary can have that much comments. It would slow down the whole system.

I think it is a good idea but I think CP would have a tough time getting people to send in there memories and there would most likely be troubles with impostors/people joking around.:rolleyes:

Also, i think the e-mail you got back was a form letter that they send
to everyone who sends in an idea.

From what Shonah said, it doesn't sound like they're gonna use that idea. I think it's a good one though.
