I believe it's supposed to be emo, but it doesn't really seem to be about much more than slitting your wrists, dieing, etc. Nice rhymes, but work a bit more on meaning.

The rhyming IS a bit off... and like Poe said, most songs have more meaning than dying or slitting your wrists.
