Its happened to me. I had 1006 coins and bought a puffle. I feed all 4 of my puffles 3 times and never lost anything. Logged on the next day and was down to like 25.

I guess that would explain why I've never heard of this; my Wifi connection is fast and strong.

Just contact CP Support about it. I told them about a Red Coffee Table bug in buying it and they fixed it, so it'll work.

It happend to me as well the other day.
I fed my puffle then noticed no coins were missing.
Then I fed it again, still no coins missing.
Odd glitch but it isn't all bad.
I mean you don't lose any coins, not that it really matters
to me if I lose any or not but oh well.

this happened to me twice : D

no slow connection at all
its a glitch
i just didnt understand what i did for it to happen

1st time: i had abt 5100 coins and bought the Medieval Castle Igloo leaving me with 100
then i logged off and changed server
when i looked my coins again i had 4700 (:

2nd time: i had abt 8200 coins and bought 6k worth of furns for no reason o.o
then i logged off and changed server i think...
when i looked AGAIN to my coins i had 8200 again with ALL the furns i had bought before o/o/o/

but i tried to do this on purpose to see if what i thought was true
i bought 5 Piano Benches, logged off and changed server
had lost the 1k coins i had spent :(

so i have no idea how to make it work o.o

Coin Glitch
Those of you experiencing a coin glitch, this is generally what happens.

1) You purchase something, like furniture or a puffle, but no coins are deducted.

Your coins will be removed when you log off. So if your coin count does not decrease while you are in the game, simply log off. The next time you log in, your coin count should be updated.

2) You purchase something, but you get a bizzare amount of coins removed from your penguin.

This will only happen if you've cheated and your penguin has more then 1 million coins. Only way to fix it? Stop cheating and earn coins the regular way.

3) You purchase an item, coins are deducted, but when you log in again you seem to have more coins then you should.

This is a glitch we are fixing at this time.

Basically, if you encounter coin errors, do the following:
Log off, clear your cache, log back into the game.
