Hey everybody just to let you know I'm pretty sure the blue raincoat is coming back in the next spring catalog to all you people wanting the raincoat. I'm not sure when the catalog is coming out, but rumor is the blue raincoat is coming back. Any other questions just ask me. Good Luck !:)

Because it is bound to come out sooner or later like every other item in the clothing catalog. It's pretty obvious if you think it through. Also my friend has told me that it was coming out and he has an old penguin. I'm not sure of his name and he plays CP 24/7.
