It was number 3 buoy that was missing, right? I found it!! It's in jet pack. I think I was in level 3 or 4... Anyway, it's right between the whale and the ice burg.:)

Yes, Aunt Arctic posted the #1, #3, #5, #6, #7 and #8 buoys. She said that she did not know where the #2 and #4 buoys were. Both have been found.

#2 Buoy: Go to the edge of the water on the Aqua Grabber screen to see it.

#4 Buoy: Go to the lighthouse in Mission 4: Avalanche Rescue to see it.

yes, because I don't think that they would make a whole countdown just for the buoy but good guess. Plus it is in the hq so it probably has something to do with that, or something to do with the PSA
