Toran leapt onto the snakes head. It started raising him so he was face-to-face with the demon. He saw a glowing area in it's chest. He jumped into it and was transported inside the demon. Toran could see out into the battlefield. He saw Cimmorene's terrified face at the sight of seeing Toran being sucked into the demon's chest.

Toran: At least now I can fight those bugs.

He started slashing and slaying all the bugs in his sight.

*Cimmorene kept fighting off the bugs, but much more slowly now. She could not keep them off for long*

The demon fought back, and Toran flew out of his body, Toran landed on his back, the demon flew towards him....

Toran could see that the swarm of poison bugs was depleting. He looked around and saw that probably only a score (20) were left. He quickly slayed the rest. He found a ladder and started climbing up. When he got to the top, he could see out of the demon's eyes.
Toran: I bet if I find the brain, I can destroy this thing.

He set off in search of the demon's mind.

But then an hooded figure streaked through the sky grabbing Genia and disappearing.

It took her to the dark part of the great forest, there it said,

But then the area started spinning, and when stopped, they were at the burial of Kily Jep. Genia was gone just gone.

They heard a wind a scream, then they saw something materializing in the air. It was bright white in a cloud of dust. When the dust faded the figure fell to the ground it concealed, Kily Jep, back from the dead.

She didn't move at all but then she wobbled to a stand.

"I'm alive? But how?" she sputtered in her old high voice.

"Cimmorene! but who are these people?"
