Hey everyone. I was just wondering, do you have to pay to download Tablets for programs such as Adobe PhotoShop Elements 3.0?
I was hoping to find a decent tablet to use and I am unsure of what actually needs to be done to have a tablet.

A tablet simply functions as a pressure sensitive mouse. Mine works in all my programs.

Isn't a tablet just an addition to a program like a brush? Whenever I try to find a decent price on a Wacom Tablet, Intuos3 to be exact, I get a picture of some weird kind of computer that costs over $200. Do tablets really cost this much?

No silly! A tablet IS a weird computer that costs over $200. It comes with the tablet (what you write/draw on), a pressure sensitive pen (for art), and a mouse (for normal computer use).
:D
You connect the tablet to your computer, and you can use it to draw.
If you have any more questions, just ask me.
This one's only $80.

Nope, no screens. That would be a tablet computer. Those are REALLY expensive.

Don't get that. Get a Wacom. That tablet looks a little sketchy...
It's bundled with the TRIAL version of Photoshop?
When you draw on the tablet, it's just like drawing with a mouse. Only about 2000 times as accurate.
And a tablet computer would be over 1000 dollars. ;)

Could you possibly show me a good Wacom tablet? If not that is fine, you have helped me a lot already. :)

Sure, I got mine for my birthday/christmas/new years, so I'm not totally sure which one it is.
Found it on the site.

Anything from Wacom should be good.
