posting games?

is the posting games forum only when mods are online? coz sometimes i got to check wether its their and its not and when no mods are online and i go and check and its their nd someone like vital vipers on

No, I think posting games only appears to you when you are logged in.

When it says Welcome, USERNAME. in the top right bar then it should be viewable.

When you are logged off, the posting games forum is not viewable. Once you log on, you are able to see them.
