It's okay, but honestly I don't know what the heck is up with the mouth. The eyes are black holes, and the outline is inconsistent. Given that, I doubt many people could do that good of a shading job, but you need that focus on the piece as a whole.

And FWI, 1 hour is not a lot of work. Trust me. I've worked 9 hours on a project.

It seriously looks like you worked on it for like 5 minutes. You can never take the slightest criticism, and that annoys the hell out of me.
The head shape is odd, the eyes are blank, and the mouth is odd. Shading is ok, though.
