this is eskimo everyone, as you may or may not have noticed i have been banned from these forums because i posted a download link for photoshop elements 6.0.

no where in the forum rules does it say you are not allowed to post warez. this is completely unfair and i should be unbanned :mad:

it is a forever ban and it was not advertising other people posted links for the official download link and i don't see them banned.

Did you get any warnings? And I thought you couldn't post warez, if you go in the music section no illegal downloads are written as bold so I think that apllies for all forums.

i didnt get any warnings for those and it says no illegal downloads for music so i didnt give an illegal download for music it was for a program. if it should apply for all forums then put it in the forum rules and don't wrongfully ban people.

Well, I have no evidence but I think theres something that tells forumers not to post illegal links, it's kinda hard to explain. But its common sense really. Let a moderator post and make a decision.

I hope you know that it is illegal to get an item for free when you have to pay money for it from the creator (Adobe), you should consider yourself lucky that RFS or someone else didn't report you for illegally downloading something like Photoshop.
