Servers ALL down??

I've been trying to get on CP for 15 minutes. Seems that all the servers are down.:O
Is there a big update?. I haven't read the newspaper.

I tried logging in on CP since the 10:00 OST update and I can't log on CP! Maybe they were fixing ALL the servers :O I'm bored but I can't play cp -_-

Last time the servers were down for a while was when they changed the login screen, but I don't think they were down for that long. Maybe they are doing that or upgrading the servers to fulfill the needs of all the penguins.
