i would:
1. make aunt arctic and G, like rockhopper
they come sometimes, and you can find them and get a free item
2. delete mammoth and frozen
3. ban any old penguin who insults new penguins because of their rarity
4. ban any members or non members who insult eachother
5. change the beta hat to blue and orange (because of log in screen)/ or just take away the hat
6. allow numbers and punctuation
7. add more penguin colours
8. make the iceberg possible to tip
9. add different poses for your player card (rockhopper has a cool pose on his one)
10. add hidden ninja suit to dojo
11. add more actions (flip, spin etc)

If I was the boss/administrater of Club Penguin, a few changes would be made, such as:

- Allowing numbers, full stops, commas etc. to be allowed.
- Come on here every now and then to get some new and brilliant ideas.
- Have 200 buddies instead of 100.
- I would bring back some of the old pre-made messages that CP used to have.
- Make 1 more multiplayer game.
- Have special events on the weekends eg. retro party in the nightclub etc.
- Hire better staff to come up with simple, attractive clothing.
- Scrap the wigs. (CP had their doubts :rolleyes: )
- Make Aunt Artic, Gary, all like RH.
- Have some new features in rooms that aren't used that much.
- Add a feature in the coffee shop and pizza parlor so that you can actually eat a pizza.

Quite a few of those are ridiculous. This is my summary of your work:

1. This is a very good idea; I would do that as well. However, they should only come at set events, like Rockhopper, when reasons come up, which will probably be rare; but it has to be done, because you don't see Rockhopper popping up when he's meant to be away on Rockhopper Island!

2. If you deleted Mammoth and Frozen the popular people, old people, mean people, noobs and wannabees who normally go on there would just go on other servers, making them just like Mammoth and Frozen, until there are no servers at all because of your ludicrous deleting.

3. Seriously, dude. This topic is "If You Were Administrator Of Club Penguin", not "If you Were An All-Powerful God". I'm sure that the administrator would ban penguins or at least worn them for insulting less 'rare' penguins, but, unfortunately, the administrators aren't all-powerful and they don't know exactly what everyone's saying at all times on Club Penguin. Becoming an administrator does not make you all-powerful, unfortunately.

4. Again, Disney and New Horizon Interactive are trying their best in this field, but they can't manage to know exactly what's going on at all times.

5. That's just random. No more comments.

Wear more items of a kind in the same time, like a wig and a hat too.

Plus more games, more rooms, more missions, more things to do. They are so few, I mean look at other multiplayer games (I wont say their names. i dont want to get banned or something), they give so many things to non members, and what to say about what they give to members!! the membership costs about as much as CP membership, but there characters can do so many actions, quests, play dozens of games, they often expand and release new places, and let them there for always, not just for as long as a party lasts.
I joined CP like in march. well it was some months ago, and since then they only changed the soccer pitch, and added the DJ game and a new mission or 2. And of course there were parties and a lot of items but they're gone. Now, in an ordinary day, I log in to CP and got nothing to do.

To be able to go in the wild whenever we want, not only during missions. And explore and see new random things and interact more with the nature

1.Make CP an action game sometimes. Ex. Army day/War party, I would make things like that.
2.Instead of a small CP map, I would make it into a city, with roads, streets and stuff.
3. Like Agents and Tour guides, I can allow penguins to become Taxi drivers, Pilots, Police
engineers, lighthouse keepers and watchers, Fisherman, igloo postmans etc... like real life.
4.Penguin universities for in-game CP education, colleges and more CP lifetime jobs.

A Trading System would be bad. It could make the game more hackable (if thats a word) and if you make a mistake you could get ripped off badly. Even though that would take away rareness a little.:rolleyes:
