Help with mission

the first mission is so easy but i looked every were i cant find the puffles and the guys telescope is broken and i cant fix it HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

fix the telescope with the tools from your spy phone then you use the telescope to see the puffles on the highest mountain.then you use the grappling hook to get up the the top thus rescuing the puffles
