You should spend some more time over it, and remember to save it as .png so as not to lose quality. ;)

Also, try using the line and fill tool for the marraca and also the text tool would be better for the text. :)

For simple edits, I also suggest you download Paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/download.html) for free.

Nothing special. Try using photoshop.

If you used paint, you can use the curvy line tool to make the maraccas. As for the quality-bad, try saving .png . Use the text tool to write, so it comes out readable. :)
