by puting in Rockhopper and any pass and if it says banned forever hes offline if it says password wrong he online

I think that means try to acctually log in and be Rockhopper. People who log in with a random password to see if he's online isn't going cause any harm, because you know the password isn't correct and you're not acctualy pretending to be Rockhopper or anything
