Welcome to the Clubpenguin guide!! Hope you enjoy!
1) How to make buddies!:
You can make buddies by clicking on a penguin you want to add and click the smiley face on the player card and it will say "Do you wish to add this buddy? "and there is a button that says "yes"or "no". If you click "no", it will make the question go away. If you click "yes" it will say Your request has been sent.
2) How do you get clothes?:
If you are wondering how you can get clothes you have to become a member.NOTE:you might have to ask your parents to make sure it is alright and if you need there help just ask them and I'm sure they will do it for you. Once you become a member, you can then buy items at the gift shop!
3) How do people have other items that aren't in the catalog?:
If you see people with items that are not at the gift shop the items are either hidden in the catalog or they were available a long time ago and are not available now. But if your lucky, the item may become available again.
4) If you see a person saying "wanna trade penguins" what do you do?:
What you do is if there is a penguin saying me say no to that penguin and also include that if you trade penguins you are telling personal info because your password is private!
5)What do you do if people are mean to you?:
If people are being mean to you don't be mean back because if you loose your temper and say bad words you can get bannded and im sure you don't want that.
6) What do you do if someone is ignoring you?:
If someone is ignoring you either ask them if they have the saftey mode on and if they say no and your their friend then they're not really your friend and they are ignoring you.
7) If you are having loading problem what do you do??
What you do is either tell clubpenguin about it by sending them a question for example "Dear Clubpenguin staff, Clubpenguin isn't loading so well. What do I do?" Then if you get an email from Clubpenguin maybe it will have the answer.
8) What do you do if someone is going on my account?:
Well either you told them your password which isn't good or someone found out your password. All you have to do is change your password easily like that.
