Well when you join the forums it says "was you reffered by a forumer?" If you was you type there username in and the persons username got put in they get a higher number where it says "refferals".

In other words it's saying how many people you have told to join this forum and that person has joined it.

I have 4 on Miniclip and Vital ahs something like 70+, he is the refferal king. Well there not that important but they can be kinder useful when finding a new mod.

When you join there is a box saying Referrer, then a new user can type in a username of a member who is registered and then they get the member gets a referral. It means that you told them to come to the forums.

It doesn't mean much, people like VV or RFS get like 100 referrals normally after a while as they are so well known.

No, when someone signs up on the forums, they can put an existing user's name as their "referrer". A referral just means that you referred (showed someone or gave someone the link to the forums) someone to the site.

I think referrals are when someone joins the forum, and they put in someones user name when they register, because that person showed them the forum

Ex: I tell my friend about the forum, he joins, and then puts my name in the section where it asks if anyone told you, then i would get 1 referral.

Its hard for me to explain. Hope That helps though ;)
