Flippi on Clubpenguin was recently hacked. He is banned forever, but i saw him on Frozen. Does anyone know how this can be?

It cant. Clubpenguin stopped hacking accounts long ago. He lied, and he got banned himself.

he probably just got unbanned and people cant hack accounts they guess their passwords or the person stupidly gives it to them
