well most of us here know that we are not allowed to post item swf links on this site however we are allowed to post music swfs. why is that? people can hack music for their igloo using those swfs so either they should not allow music swfs or allow item swfs

Well I suppose it has to do with hacking or advertising...

advertising isnt the problem because they are club penguin domain links the reason is because if people see the item id they can hack with it just like if they see the music id that is the thing i am bringing out

good point and i was searching through my temp. internet files and i found item swfs. like the party hat etc. so thats why the "robot" dace glitch happens. each item is a layered swf file. check ur temp internet files.

You're not allowed to post the item SWFs mainly because of the fact the getting the ids themselves requires using a decompiler to decompile the game, which is against the Terms of Service.

no the main reason is because of hackers you dont need a flash decompiler to view item ids you can just look in your temporary internet files. you would only need a flash decompiler to decompile the complete item id list which is differnt than the club penguin item swfs

NHI doesn't like it when people were posting links to all of their flash files for things like animations and other stuff that involved code. I believe they have fixed most of that or made it private. The music used in Club Penguin was not made by them, it's royalty-free music in the public domain, so all of their music files are publicly viewable.
