People at the dock are say bad words and there showing up and little kids play this game! they are probably hacking or something cause it shows up and there not getting banned! Just letting you know if you see this too!

No I have seen this too they are really saying What the hello and cutting off the last letter nice try.

They are saying stuff like "What the hello" and "Big assume" and cutting of the lest letter/s to make it a NAUGHTY WORD! :O

They go to the edge of the dock on the right and it cuts the last letter of the last word.

Report it. Or if you're really cheesed off send an email to CP right here (http://support.clubpenguin.com/help/contact/general.php). It's because since Disney came aboard; they changed the filters.

a penguin called browncloud is going to the edge of a room and saying "YOUR AN ASSUME" and he made it so the 'ume' in 'assume' is cut off making it look like he is swearing. here is picture evidence of him doing it:
