I didnt know what sub forum to put this in so it put it in here
Anyways i need a good paint program that works on mac and that bassically can do what the windows paint can do
Any suggestions?

Ok with this program can you paste pictures on it then like paint on them?

get kid pix. it takes 2 seconds to install and you can even make special efects and animations!

I have Kid's Pix but how do you make animations on it?

Kid Pix isn't free. I used to have it, but it got so scratched up that it won't work anymore.

If you're just looking for a Paint kind of thing, try Seashore (seashore.sourceforge.net I believe) or Tux paint. A more advanced editor is Gimp.app (GIMP for mac, on www.macupdate.com . You need X11. )
All of these are on www.macupdate.com for easy download.

Yes, it allows you to do the same thing MS Paint does and has many more features added onto it. I highly recommend it because it's free and easy to use.
Too bad you need something from the DVD of Mac OS X tiger to make the program work. Most of us have lost it, or gotten rid of it.

Ok thanks balthy also for the people who suggested Tux i have that one and its not good for edits just painting for fun!

I have Kid's Pix but how do you make animations on it?
you need kid pix delux5. whitch one do you have?
