What is it, and how do you make it? Because it most of the Tutorials I use, has a Clipping mask on it, and I need to know what it is and how to do it, because then it ruins the whole tag without it.

A clipping mask is a tool used to get the shape of something to be almost engraved in the art yet the art is still overlapping it If you use Photoshop you can make a clipping mask by simply pressing Ctrl+Alt+G however if you use Gimp it could be more complex than that so here's a tut Explaining how to do it:

Thank you so much. I don't know why noone even posted in here. I'm sure others have the same problem, anyways, I'm going to try it out, so thanks again.
EDIT: Ok, so what do I do, add a new layer, and on that layer brush a bit, then click Cntrl + Alt + G?
