Hmm..... Can't help you there. But if I may make a suggestion, use Camtasia. It comes with a recorder and is a better editor than windows..... Try to find a way to save it as an AVI format....

Lol, this happened to me when i started making movies. first of all When you go to save it dont click save as project, click save as movie file then it will be onto your computer. Then upload to youtube, any questions i'd be happy to awnser

Use Camtasia. Is easier to record, and gets a better quality. But, when you finished the recording, save the Camtasia Project (for backup) and one .AVI file with the full movie. Later, open your Windows Movie Maker and Upload the .AVI file. After totally editing, do the same, save in your computer as Windows Movie Maker Project and later .AVI. After this, log in YouTube, and upload it normally. There's no error!

To put it on youtube, you need a YouTube username, then you go to Upload Videos, but it has to be in WMV, AVI, or something like those 2.

I have made countless videos on youtube so i can help.
1. Go to file.
2. Click on "save" and put title there.
3. Go back to file.
4. Click on "Save Movie File"
5. Make sure it will be saved onto your computer on the next screen.
6. Click Next
7. Enter file name on the next screen.
8. Click Next
-It will begin saving-
9. Go to youtube.com
10. Click on my videos.
11. Now click on Upload a video on the left hand side.
12. Add a title, description, tags, and genre on the next screen.
13. Click on Continue uploading.
14. On the next screen click on browse.
15. Find your wmv movie and click on it.
16. Click on upload it at the bottom.
(Reapeat steps 1 - 16 for another video)
I recommend buying Snag It. Also make sure u are registered on youtube. Hope this helps! ;)

click on file then save movie file and it will be able to be uploaded to you tube ive uploaded videos to you tube as well:!:
