As for your other question, I do not work for Club Penguin so I cant really give nonmembers clothes, puffles and accessories. Its up to them really. Sorry.

That use to be my look back then.

In the old days the cape was a body item and not a neck item. You will also see some pictures with me wearing a bow tie and cape at the same time. It was changed because I made a thread on the old forums requesting the cape be changed to a neck layer so we could wear it with body items. Maybe one day capes will be put on a 'back layer' so that we can wear them with neck and body items!

Its currently not available. If it was, there would be capitalized and bold letters underneath the item saying "ON STOCK IN CLUB PENGUIN....". The Lighthouse shirt was released in the newspaper a while back for 700 coins. The sailor cap was a released item when the Lighthouse opened. We do not know when those items will return, but we'll have to wait and see. Hope this helped.

Okay, since I know you are honest, I've updated it. I did however kept it as the Valentines Day Party because no one knows for sure. Also, this goes to all. If you want to correct the dates when a party item came out, you must have proof! That is final. I will ignore you if you don't have hard evidence/proof.
