Rules to the CPF (it rhymes!):
1. Dont betray
2. dont disobey
3. keep in uniform all day

1. Uniforms
The CPF does have a strict uniform to determine our ranks and stuff.
Leader(Kogeck): Black letterman jacket, orange helmet, cowboy boots, and pennant.
Captain: Admirals coat, Yellow helmet, any guitar, cowboy boots
Anyone else: green letterman, snowboarding helmet, cowboy boots, and pennant.

3. Wars and Battles
Wars and Battles are very important to the CPF.
We usually find our enemies and fight them there-and-then kind of thing, and usually at the snowforst, dojo, or boiler room.
Be ready and throw snowballs at the oppsosing team until they give up. NEVER GIVE UP. When I say to hold fire, stop shooting. I may shout to throw snowballs at one penguin, and in that case, half of the army will shoot at him/her.

Our allies help us in our time of need, and we help them. They are:
