the wii can play live to as long as you have someone elses wii number then if you have wireless internet you can play against them. If you like war games though I recomend the Xbox 360. The wii controls are really cool but it does get boring after a while. I recomend the Xbox 360 just because of Halo3. If you get the wii and get Zelda then you will have to be very patient because the game takes about 70-90 hours.

Yeah, I like war games, like Halo, Halo2, Gears of War, and Call of Duty3.

Plus, it's by the master of all video games, Nintendo (they've been in the game business since the 1890's ya know!). I've actually gona and compared the graphics between the Wii, and 360. I was like: What? There's no difference! I only noticed the difference when I was about 1 cm away from the TV's, and even then, I could hardly notice a difference in the graphics.

well good luck finding a wii anyway you can only get them on ebay or about $100 more than there normal price from retailers. im looking for one for myself, it was my b-day about a week ago and i got alot of money but i cant find them anywhere for a reasonable price-_-

I would suggest the Wii if you like to move around a lot.
I have played both Wii and Xbox360 and preferred the Wii.
If you cannot find the Wii just go to you local Wii dealer, ask
when they are getting they next shipment of Wii, and tell
your parents/whoever is buying your console when the next
shipment is. Also people are saying the Xbox has better graphics
than the Wii, that may be true but graphics are not everything in
a game. Game play is better on Wii (from what I have played),
you get exercise while doing it, and the Wii just came out, give it
a little time for the games to progress. The Xbox360 has been out
for a very long time compared to the Wii and you should expect
the graphics not to be as good, look up games that are coming for
the Wii and you will see some games that have very good graphics
along with very good game play.

I say 360 because more games have come out. I have 360 and you can play XBOX 360 live. What type of games do you like because shhoting games are harder on the wii.

ok ive plsyed both of them so i'll give you my strong opinion

Xbox 360:

-good graphics
-not much different from regular Xbox... the team rushed it....

Wii:

-good graphics on most games
-easier ways to play
-you can actually get a workout from it if you play it for a while ;)

So, if I were you, i'd get Wii because if you could just grab a Wii off the wall at a store, id get tht over an Xbox 360 anyday because Wiis are hard to find righ tnow....

Stores arn't getting shippings of Wii's until late may/early june, so don't get your hopes up. You may get lucky though and snatch an early one before someone else. I found my wii in toys"r"us, and they only got two that early morning. :)

I don't understand what you are saying. What wireless card? The Wii's sensor bar detects full motion. It's highly accurate! And besides, FPS's are WAY more immersive on the Wii. You've probably never even played the Wii. So I'd shut up if I were you. Me on the other hand, have actually played the PS3 and Xbox360. Plus, he meant that you could play EVERY SINGLE Gamecube game. The Xbox 360 and PS3 however, can not.

Get the Wii. You can control stuff with your hand instead of with the little game remote things in past games, but you can still play past Nintendo games on it and get a Wii game controler for it. Xbox360 isn't as good and the Wii isn't as expensive. You don't need to gaming systems and are you really saying "in the long run" for a bunch of video games? Anyway, Wii's games are awesome! If you ask me, you don't need to worry about "harder to get in the long run", and if you do how about you notice that everyone wants a Wii and it'd be a good idea to get it, and like fatboy said there aren't many, but as fatboy said it's very rare to even FIND one so it may be a bit of trouble doing so. By the way, Xbox 360 is not for Nintendo games, and to Zeldafan, Link is NOT a girl.
