Well, It depends. What do you want to know for? If you're putting them on a site, I'd suggest saying "All Club Penguin pictures are owned by the NHI company blah blah". Do NOT insert the blah blah.

That's the wrong paragraph. That is submitting any materials to the Site, not general use. That paragraph is just stating that if you submit something like a comic, NHI can publish it, modify it and do anythign else they want with it for free.

If you are creating artwork based on Club Penguin for personal use, at no charge, with no profit at all made from the means that you are using to reproduce, NHI won't frankly care as it is a small scale thing. If you start trying to sell your fan artwork or make people pay to see it then you are more likely to be in trouble.

Not sure whether the NHI terms say whether they are both illegal or not, but I would recognise Club Penguin anyway on any other site.

Umm, thanks alot. I was wondering if I could place CP images in, if it would infringe the copyright. Thanks a bunch, could've got myself sued.
