Good things about the filter.

Alot of people have been saying bad things about the new filter on Club Penguin.


I don't know why you should, Because as you see, you can say ALOT more things.


One thing I had noticed was " you tube " you can say.

And more convo stuff. Like alot of more things go through the filter than they used to, just not names.

so get over it if you can say your buddies name, they'll understand.


All club penguin is trying to do, is make it a better place.

Yeah so what? They unblock a few un-important unused words and you call it ok? Just because they un blocked words like You Tube doesn't make the filters good. The only people that would say you tube are only in like mammoth or frozen. If Club Penguin should unblock something it should be names and numbers, those are things that almost everyone would use.

I just checked, it's not blocked. But as I said before, You Tube is a word that hardly anyone would use in a regular conversation. People's names are what is used everyday and they should NOT be blocked :mad:

yep! thats what i'm trying to get at.


I know this sounds stupid but like I was making a vid with 2 other people, the only contact we had was on club penguin, and we actually got it done and it's my best vid.

So saying that, we communicated good, so thanks to the chat filter.

Idk if you know this guy, but his name was greenday619 I did 3 videos with him but 2 of them didnt work out because of our connection on the filters

I think names should be unblocked. Once I was in the Pet Shop to join in the celebration of the new relase of the yellow puffle, when a classmate came online and kept calling me by my name (i.e. Alicia), but it was filtered and I did not even notice that she had come online until she walked right in front of my penguin and threw a snowball at it. :shout:

I agree that the say Hi to Youtube thing is annoying but not so much if you are interested in getting in contact with someone you are friends with. Although for young children it might not be a good idea, but for us slightly older penguins,some of us are quite social on Youtube.

contact me in other ways to see wich work i got a 24 hour ban for and wich ones i didn't

Yea, with my test account "Wheresmymoneh", I said alot of swear words(very strong ones), and I did not even get banned! I was where everyone could see me!!!:O

Maybe the new filter is allowing Swear Words, but it just doesn't show up in the game. Or it could possibly be a lag in the filters.

it really always allowed it, just didn't show it


it still doesn't let you say the main bad swear words, but lets you say the okay ones, but they don't go through, oh well, get over it you can't see it so don't complain

Ok I the filters might be getting better, but they will not show main improvement until they unfilter names and bring back numbers. What if a penguin named their penguin after a celebrity since they couldn't use their real name? Now they can't have a good conversation.

you can actually say lots of swear words, just put them in different words.

That is a common word that everybody should be able to say!
But the filter is O.K. because I can't say the name of my website when I'm making
videos... Luckily my co-host is just a phone call away...
