This is incredibly old news. The Walt Disney Company has had ownership of Club Penguin since August 2007 (http://venturebeat.com/2007/08/01/disney-buys-club-penguin-in-700-million-deal/). We even had an old announcement (http://penguinforum.miniclip.com/showthread.php?t=23228) posted shortly thereafter answering a lot of common questions. The "Disney.com Games" logo has been at the bottom of the ClubPenguin.com website equally as long.
The Walt Disney Company owns the rights to Club Penguin and Club Penguin Entertainment and can do whatever they please with that game. Their logo on the game is no different from a television station showing their logo on the bottom of the screen. Your complaints are ungrounded, and all further ones will be met with a ban.
