i've not got past level 11 i think.. or 10. not certain.

i was wondering, what is the last level or can you never finish it like other games?

This isnt pointless and I got to level 16. I prefer puflle round up now though evemn though its doubled it takes way to long to get to level 10.

actually it's not pointless,he/she want's to know the highest level of hydro hopper you and everyone has gotton to on club penguin.

Ontopic:the highest i've gotten to on hydro hopper is 14 or 15 i think.;)

I don't think this is pointless, you've come to the right place to ask the question. I'm really good at hydro hopper and get up to 2000 coins per game and sometimes higher. But I've never reached the end because I usually lose all my lives if I get really far. I don't even know if theres an end because I've only gotten up to level 23.
