Well first you'll need to find your picture. Once you find It you need to Save As by Right Clicking the picture. Once U've did that you need to upload It at A website

Here is an example on who to post a picture using Photobucket.

Go to Photobucket.com.
Sign in.
Click browse button.
Your pictures will come up.
Click the picture you want.
Then, click Upload.

To upload a pic go to imageshack or any other but imageshack is the easiest in my opinion but first save your picture as JPG or JPNG don't use bitmap if you are using it for an avatar then click browse find the image you want. Then click host on the bottom then just copy then cick insert link its an earth with a paperclip on it then paste the Url and it will be in your post. Make sure http or any other type you had is in it twice and just to let you know this is posted in the wrong forum it should be in Forum website support and help.
