The most popular club penguin music download is RFS' Unofficial Club Penguin soundtrack. I am unaware of the link because he has changed it but I didn't bother cause I had it already. But I think a usual google search should work.

A popular "imeem playlist" has been around for a while too, which also contains all the songs. You can embed it into your myspace/website with this code:
