Everything is upside down in the rooms. You walk on the ceilings. All the water is frozen(and thus doesn't come crashing down and flood the whole of CP)

Outside, where it's open sky, there are various planks and contraptions that help you cross the area, many of them activated by mouseover and such. Stuff like a huge spring, cannon, tunnel, ropes etc.

Rockhopper's ship will be at the beach. It is stuck to the iced over ocean, and glaciers are beginning to form around the lower portions and crack the wood.

Secret Mission: Club Penguin has been turned topsy-turvy! While some makeshift safetly precautions have been taken to ensure the general public's safety, they may not hold for long. On top of that, Rockhopper's departure has been delayed by his ship freezing over. We need all agents to help investigate the cause of these strange happenings and see if we can help free Rockhopper's ship before it becomes irreparable.

Goal of mission: Find the cause of this(whatever that may be--oooh, maybe it's Herbert again...) but fail at this. Develop and carry out process to free Rockhopper's ship from ice for medal. Help ensure the safetly of the general public by building safer structures and in the process rescue some stranded penguins for the extra prize.

About 4 days later:

Rockhopper's ship will still be at the beach. It will be the only right-side-up area. On closer inspection, it is floating on a pair of wings.

The newspaper announces a new breakthrough by CP's famous inventor Gary. But... oh, noes! The large haul of his new invention that he gave Rockhopper was spilled and lost in his Quarters.

On Rockhopper's ship, the Captain's Quarters have reopened (Yes, we just have to have Treasure Hunt back. :D), though this time, there is a different lock, and if you try to use the old key, it won't work anymore("Hmm, the locks must have been changed.").

Somewhere in the treasure, you can find G's new invention, WINGS! Who said penguins couldn't fly? When you walk with these, you float, which means you can walk/fly anywhere without fear of falling into the sky(Yes, I know that sounds weird O.o)!

A new mission is released soon after(already made by CP team so as not to run into delays) which begins restoration of CP to its normal state

Phew, that was long! :P

Well, I had fun typing it. Hope ya had fun reading it... it's probably waaaay too complex for CP to even consider. :D
