It isn't the same, but it does have the nightclub music in it, but with a more up beat tempo. Unfortunately its not copyright or plagiarism, so cp can't even do anything about it. But they probably got the music from cp. So maybe the ppl (or owner) that created the commercial has a kid that plays the game and he heard it and asked where he can find it, and then he remixed it up a little.
