Super Mario Series.

Has anyone ever played Super Mario 1-3 for the NES? I played them all the time when I was younger. Unfortunately now my NES broke down. They apparently brought them back on the Gameboy though. I am not sure.

Mario 2 is the worst game ever.* However, Super Mario 3 is easily one of the greatest games on the NES system. The first one was great for its time but honestly nowadays it has been re-re-re-re-rereleased so many times it feels REALLY dated.

I never have beaten the second one. It gets really hard and it seems to never end. The third one was my favorite because of the Game Genie.:D The third was the only one possible to beat for me.

I beat the first and third ones, I refuse to play #2. I have a copy of it but that is only because I collect them. It is one of the most abysmal "games" ever made, and I don't care if Miyamoto made it or not, they can't all be winners. Hmph.

I don't find the second one any more fun than the others. It's just hard for me. Or well, it was hard for me when I was eight. If I was able to get passed the 4th level the game it would've been alot better. I think all three were masterpieces. I am a big fan of the NES so I have copies of alot of them.

I beat 1, 2 and 3. I really hated 1 and 2 but 3 really is better than others. They still had the 99-lives glitch on it too!

i beat 1 almost two. ( I need to buy a game genie my old one broke.) and i did not beat three i use three because i have 3 nes 1 real 2 clones. and 2 smb3's so we compete except one is from japan:D

super mario bros. games are ok. they're too basic and old. i like super mario world on snes the best.

I have Mario 2 NES on VC on Wii, I think it sucks too... If I had saved my extra 500 WiiPoints I would have had super mario 3... :(

SM3 for the NES was da bomb! It took me 2 weeks when i just paused the game and left the system on so i wouldn't lose my spot. It was so freakin hard but i got through it by printing out a walkthrought which helped alot.

I had Super Mario Allstars for SNES. That had modded versions of all the Mario games from the NES. I also have Super Mario Bros for my Wii. Downloaded it at the shop channel. =)

I don't have a NES, but I DO Have Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES, along with Super Mario World and Super Mario RPG. Super Mario All-Stars is Super Mario Bros. version 1-3 with the "lost levels", too. I can never get past level 1 of "lost levels" (Stupid Purple Mushroom!) or level 3 of mario bros. 2 (i get bored by then). I have beat Super Mario 3, thanks to the flute. Super Mario 1, I can't get past world 2.

Super Mario Bros 1 and 3 were great. Super Mario Bros 2 was a wth. You have to pull freakin' vegetables out of the ground and throw them at things for Christ's sake

I haven't played it all the way through (for reasons you've mentioned :P) but it doesn't even look like a real Mario game. It's Doki Doki Panic with Mario characters.

I've played SMB a few times because my friend has it, but I don't have any of the other SMB games. I have SMW (Super Mario World) though, I love it to pieces. It's the first game to have Yoshi in it =D

My personal favorite is Super Mario 3, I've spent hours playing that. I just love it!
Of course I've played the original Super Mario as well and that is also an awesome game, but I guess I'm somewhat bored with it. :confused:

Man, I really hate people who remind me of the 90's and 80's!
Anyway, 1 was really easy and beat it twice (Once without using warps and the other with using warps to world 4 and 8)
Super Mario Bros. 2 : The Lost Levels was boring and did only half of it or a quarter of it I think

Hard, not boring. Just managed to complete it today (downloaded it for my emulator). Hardest game ever, it's made me realise just how patient I am.

yup i like 1 and 3. the two are better and the second on always sucked and it' a copy of jap game that waz never realesed just changed the chracters!

Im trying to finally complete Super Mario Bros. Deluxe(the one with the original game AND the lost levels)

I just got in 7-4 in lost levels and 9 medals away from beating Challenge mode.

Best game ever, Mario really pwns.
