How do you lock a thread cause i wanna make a new club/team?

thats what the moderator does.

and theres a clubs/teams section

to MAKE a thread theres a NEW THREAD button on upper left when your viewing threads

Just to clarify, only staff members can lock threads. Normal users do not have that power. Anyway, just do as The Chosen One said and report your first post in the thread so we can know to lock it. Reporting your own post won't get you in trouble unless you break a rule, of course. :P
