Where is the yellow puffle?

i've been hearing lately that you can spot a yellow puffle in the forest. is this true?:confused: if so then how do u get to see it? i have been looking for it in the forest but cant find it. so if u know if there really is one and know how to find it plz tell me:D

Every half hour it's in a different place. Example

Forest
12:00
12:30
13:00
13:30 etc

Mountain
12:15
12:45
13:15
13:45 etc

the puffle comes out at the forest every half hour eg.1:00 then 1:30 so on:D
