No, go to the Dock in Frozen. There's hundreds of newer penguins who have them. One of my friends (Spirit Angel), who I know for a fact is only as old as the Starfish pin, has the Pink Earmuffs.

It's weird... I think there's a secret way of getting them, like there was with the Gold Viking Helmet.

They are coming out in the new catalogue since this exactly happened before the halloween catalogue came out.
Everyone had ghosts sheets and clown suits.
Why cant they just wait 2 days like the rest of us!?
