I think Disney made them, judging by their experience in humor and cartoons. But my favorite is the window and the weather forecast!

Yes probably, It looks like his style of humor, especially the ghost one. It also has his speech bubbles. payton, disney doesn't make anything, they work on the overall structure of the game...like the new filters
