Well I joined in August of 06. My account wouldn't activate. My email was messy. So in September, I made a new account, xmcd23x. I used that. I used the ACP at the time. ACP then was less spammy, and not as hated. I made barely any friends. Mostly David Shawn. I used the forums trying to make some friends, worked, well... alright. Then RFS made the thread asking us for own forum. I said no, but I love this place now. I knew I wasn't a great user. New forums, fresh start. I joined as Pitpenguins. I became nicer/mature. I took responsibilty. Layed low, and was really nice. RacerPeng told me I was a very underrated forumer. I was honored in a way. I made more friends. I Ate A Fish's Chat helped me a lot. Thanks Fish! I then joined the Non Member Club. I knew Vital Viper was a great guy, so I wanted to give back. So, I decided to help out for him. Just kept on being Pitpenguins. By August, I was offered a trainee moderator job. I was on vacation, so on Saturday I came home happy accepting obviously. I did fair as a trainee mod, The great thing was having more options. Around October 15th, I was promoted. I love my job. I sit at a computer and read reports, give infractions, bans (0h yeaa...), and Custom Title. Gotta love em.
