Pin = Item?

I just want to see what some people think about categorizing the pins backgrounds and paints. I will put reasons for and against up here:
Why it is an item:


Goes in your inventory.


Why it isn't an item

Different folders in player card.


I just want this to be a survey ;)

I have really no idea, but I can think we can consider them items. The web definition of item is a distinct part that can be specified separately in a group of things that could be enumerated on a list . Thinking along this line, I suppose paints and pins can be considered as items.

So I change my mind. I think paints and pins can be considered items.
