The blue lei was not only the lei that was released to Club Penguin. I have both of them, and you can usually find the red/orange lei on my neck.

Nope. I just know. In Jan they mostly have some summer event. In 06 there was a Winter Lua and in 2007 there was a Winter Fiesta.
