Should there be 2 items for the 2nd anv. party?

Should there be 2 items for the 2nd anv. party? i think that they should have a new party hat, and then one of those things that you blow on and it unrolls. I think it would also be more exciting with 2 free items instead of just 1...

Nah. The party is only for one day, and the Halloween party starts a couple days after. I'd rather get more items there.
