Anniversary and new way to wear an item.

My guess after reading the paper is that the new way to wear an item and the anniversary celebration will be tied together. Maybe we will get a new item to wear at the anniversary other than the party hat and you will only get an item like that once a year on the anniversary. I bet it will be that party favor you put in your mouth and when you blow it toots and unrolls......... That's my guees and I'm sticking to it.

I presume your not talking about the other party favourite thing. Yeah, I presume you mean those party whistle things. The only reason I'd doubt this is that there aren't many items you can wear in your mouth. Perhaps a back item may be more realistic.
